Review: The legendary Manchester outfit are back in 2015, and they land on London's mythical Mute imprint. Now, we know that might not mean a lot to many readers, but back in the late '70s and early '80s, you would have never seen a Manchester band release on a London label, or vice-versa for that matter. But more about 'Tutti Frutti', a scorching pop tune with the band's familiar charisma on the vocals, and a house back beat, of course. It's an instant classic, and one which sits perfectly well into their cult catalogue. More surprises come from the remix end of things, with London's Hot Chip having a go and coming out on top, as per usual; the guys add in a little acid gargle to the bass and rework new vocals into the mix.

Tom Trago filters the original into a full-blown house gem, and you got Richy Ahmed and his pseudo acid version, alongside Hallo Halo and their deep house take. All in all, a pretty heavy EP.
